Do you have any hotel recommendations?
We know many of our loved ones will be traveling to celebrate with us. On the 'Accommodations' tab on our website, you’ll find details about our hotel room blocks, including booking codes and special rates. We’ve also listed additional nearby hotels without discounts in case you’d prefer other options.
Where are we registered?
Our registries include Amazon (online), Table Matters (local to Birmingham), Al's Flowers and Gifts (local to Montgomery), and Bering's (local to Houston). See the 'Registry' tab on our website for more information!
What should I wear?
Dress code is Summer Formal attire. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
Additional Notes:
*The ceremony will be outdoors; please choose footwear suitable for grass and cobblestone. The reception will be indoors.
*We kindly ask guests to avoid white, ivory, and butter yellow / lemon sorbet (bridesmaids will be wearing that shade)

Are children welcome?
While we adore your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of members of the wedding party and babies in arms). We hope this gives you the chance to relax, enjoy, and celebrate with us—and we so appreciate your understanding!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Please arrive with enough time for parking (if you plan to drive) and finding your seat!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, which means that once the ceremony begins, we kindly request that all phones be put away and silenced. Our aim is for everyone to be fully present with us and to allow our photographer to capture the best possible moments, which we will later share with you!
Is the wedding outdoors or indoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors where there are concrete paths but there is also grass and cobblestone material. The space encompasses both a covered patio and uncovered area. The reception is indoors in the Swann ballroom.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, the venue has free parking for all guests. However we ask that you plan to have a designated driver or use a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft so that you may get home safely. If you desire using a rideshare service upon leaving the venue, it is okay to leave your car there overnight. There are no shuttle services.
Will there be an open bar?
There will be an open bar with a variety of beer, wine, hard seltzers, and his/hers cocktails. We will also provide water and other non-alcoholic beverages such as tea and lemonade. The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly if you choose to do so, and do not drink and drive.
